George O'Keeffe

George is the principal consultant at RSA Compliance Specialists. George worked at the VCGLR for twenty years during which time he:

• Established and managed Responsible Service of Alcohol training in Victoria.

• Established and managed New Entrant Training in Victoria.

• Worked with licensed venues through local liquor accords.

• Developed a series of initiatives including the VCGLR's on-line newsletter and RSA Refresher training.

 

George's focus was always on helping licensees do the right thing, rather they trying to catch them doing the wrong thing.

 

Since leaving the VCGLR in 2011 George has continued to work in the liquor licensing space. He has worked as a consultant and managed applications for venues including Tabcorp Park Melton, the Dorset Gardens Hotel, the Terminus Hotel Healesville, the McKinnon Hotel and Manton's Creek Winery.
